 Public Universities An educational institution whose programs and activities are operated by publicly elected or appointed school officials, and which is supported primarily by public funds. Visa success rate for these universities are very high and huge scholarships exists here. Generally they need good score of SAT/GRE/GMAT and TOEFL
Private Universities An educational institution controlled by a private individual(s) or by a nongovernmental agency, usually supported primarily by other than public funds, and operated by other than publicly elected or appointed officials. These are often vbery costly and most of them dont offer scholarships, yes admissions are very easy but visa success rate is a question mark
Community Colleges Public two-year institution supported by the local community. Community colleges offer two types of curricula: transfer (which consists of the first two years of work for the bachelor's degree) and terminal (vocational training for employment in a wide variety of semi-professional and technical areas). Almost every company in north India worls for these coleges but there is not any certainty of visa in these colleges, hardly 2% get visa here.
